Conor delivers strategy by changing structures and behaviour.
Conor has been working with top teams to deliver strategy for over 20 years. His core skills include project portfolio design and implementation, strategic sourcing, personality profiling, decision-making assessment, organisational culture and team climate review.
Informed by the lastest findings from the behavioural sciences, Conor is a PhD candidate at BehaviourWorks, Monash University (expected 2020).
Conor also has and MA in Sociology, The University of Melbourne, an MBA, Manchester Business School and a B.Comm., University College Dublin.
Conor is married with three adult children, and a nervous rescue dog. Despite beginning his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey over 20 years ago, he has yet to receive his black belt.
Eraj is an organisational psychologist and a behavioural economist with over a decade of experience in applying behavioural science to solving customer, employee and organisational problems.
Eraj has successfully applied the principles of behavioural science to deliver novel solutions to problems previously thought too hard. The behavioural lens he applies provides greater insight with needs less resource.
Eraj’s core skills include change management, organisational development, culture diagnostics, individual and team readiness-to-change assessment, customer-centricity maturity assessment, developing innovation capabilities including job design.
